We currently deliver anywhere within South Africa.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, so you'll always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Main centres

: 2–4 working days

  • Regional and outlying areas

: 3–6 working days

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM

, on weekends, or on public holidays are packed on the next working day.

  • Delivery may take a little longer during holiday periods, promotional events, or busy seasons. If this happens, we'll let you know on the website.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel leaves us, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your tracking hasn't updated within two working days

, simply let us know.

We'll contact the courier on your behalf and keep you informed until your parcel is on its way again.

When Your Order Arrives

To help ensure everything reaches you safely:

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Couriers cannot leave parcels unattended.
  • We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

If anything has been damaged during delivery:

  • Take a few clear photographs.
  • Email us within 7 days

of receiving your order.
